How do I measure for a MTM Mural?
Measure the width and height of each wall you intend to cover, including the location and dimensions of every door, window, and built-in. Please see our Measurement Guide with details on how to measure your space, and feel free to reach out to us for support!

How wide are your MTM Mural panels?

Murals are printed in 53” wide panels that need to be installed ‘mural-style’, or as a straight across match in a specific sequence. The panels have a 2” overlap that needs to be double-cut to get a seamless look.

Do you account for overage, or should I?

A few inches of overage are added to the overall width of the mural and to the bottom of each panel to trim to fit on site. No need to worry about overage on your side.

Can I customize the color of my MTM Mural?

Abso-fkg-lutely. We live for custom projects, and custom color is a complimentary part of our design process. Just shoot us the Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams or Dunn Edwards paint colors you have in mind and we’ll take a look! We can also coordinate to receive fabric swatches and tile samples sent to our studio for color matching. You will receive a printed strike off for color approval before the mural panels are printed.

What’s your return policy for MTM Murals?

We take deep care to collaborate with each client and tailor each order to their requests. The design process involves thorough discussion of specific wall dimensions, color specifications, and final client approval. Due to our commitment to high customization and quality of all of our products, items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, any items that are received damaged will be promptly replaced.

What makes QS Murals different from Made to Measure Murals?

Our Quick Ship Repeating Murals are pre-designed, where the scale and layout will not change from order to order. The murals are set up in a series of panels to create the entire design, and have been engineered to intentionally repeat. This is opposed to our Made to Measure Murals, where the design is completely tailored to your unique space and never repeats. Our Quick Ship Murals are a quicker, more affordable option for when you’re looking for a little less custom and a faster turnaround.

What makes QS Murals different from your Quick Ship Wallpaper?

Our Quick Ship Repeating Murals are comprised of a series of panels that make up one design. This can range from 4 from 8 panels before repeating, with a match between the first and last panels. This is opposed to our Quick Ship Wallpapers, where a design repeats again and again within each panel of the paper. Our Quick Ship Wallpaper is most similar to what people understand to be traditional wallpaper.

How do the panel groupings work?

You can order however many panels you need of any Quick Ship Repeating Mural - the design is engineered to repeat and there are no minimums to order!

How do I measure for a Quick Ship Repeating Mural?

1. Combine the width of every wall you plan to cover + 6" for overage.

2. Divide that number by 51 (panel width minus 2” overlap)

3. Round up to the nearest whole number. For example, if the total wall width + overage = 300”, then 300/51 = 5.8 —> 6 panels.

All Quick Ship Repeating Murals come in 10’ and 12’ heights, and some are available at 15’ heights as well.

Can I customize the color of my Quick Ship Repeating Mural?

We charge a $500 design fee to customize any of our Quick Ship Repeating Mural designs. This allows us to color match your paint swatch and ship a sample for your approval. If the color is approved, then we will send an invoice for the cost of the mural and schedule it to print.

What’s your return policy for Quick Ship Repeating Murals?

Because our Quick Ship Repeating Murals are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns. We are happy to send a sample of the design out to you for review prior to placing an order so you can make absolutely sure it’s the design for you.

How do I measure for a Quick Ship Wallpaper pattern I’d like to purchase by the roll?

1. Combine the width of every wall you plan to cover + 6" for overage.

2. Divide that number by the width of the roll - this can be found in the description in the online shop listing.

3. Round up to the nearest whole number.

For example, if the total wall width + overage = 300”, then 300/53 = 5.6 —> 6 panels.
